My name is C Hicks and I am a AFCC Project Leader from West Sacramento. Dr. Frisby has been a blessing to me and my program. He has provided positive information that help me to become one of the Project Leaders of the month of September in 2009. The work that I have done and still continue to do, is blessing young people that have been diagnose with diabetes and obesity issues. I understand some may be frustrated with waiting on the funding, but God has a plan and if you have the faith and believe, it will happen. Don't blame Dr. Frisby for he is doing all he can with so much thrown at him and obstacles he has to hurdle. He is being tested as we all are. Just remember to put God first and all things will come to pass in our favor.
